Trendy Twine - Merry Christmas with Cyndy G

Merry Christmas! Today the Trendy Twine design team members are sharing Christmas projects over on the Trendy Twine blog. Make sure to hop over there to see them all! Here is the project created.

I just love Gingerbread at Christmas.

I used Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Bakers Twine on the boy gingerbread.

Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Bakers Twine on the girl gingerbread, and

Chocolate Truffle Trendy Bakers Twine on the Hot Cocoa Box Card. These cute bags and box card are my designs from My Scrap Chick. The Gingerbread Boy Box, Gingerbread Girl Box, and Hot Cocoa Box Card.

Here's what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Cup of Cocoa ~ with Cyndy G

Hello today I want to share with you a cute card I made with files from SVG Attic.  I made the steaming cocoa mug box card from JGW Snowflake Stars.

3d card with cocoa mug and snowflakes

I changed the file a little.  I added a "flap" to the front of the card.

I used the extra optional piece and welded it to the card base.  NOTE:  If you are using Silhouette you will weld the two pieces together.  If you use SCAL (like I do) you will have to break apart the base then select the two pieces and under path you will select "Union".  If you don't break the base apart you will lose the fold lines.

I added some bling to the center of the snowflakes and used the cutout from the cup on my front flap.  I added a small piece of foam tape to pop it.  The paper is Doodlebug Sugarplums that I had left over from last year.

Cocoa Cups ~ with Cyndy G

Hello today I am sharing a cute and quick project from My Scrap Chick.  The Cups, Frosty Cocoa Cup.  These are so cute and you can make a bunch in a short amount of time.

A pocket card that holds a little treat

I used a little foam tape on the snowflake to give it some dimension.

A card that holds a packet of hot chocolate

I also added a little bling to the center of the snowflake.  These would make great gifts for your children to make for their class.  It's easy enough for them to do and would not take too long for them to finish.  Thank you for stopping by today.
