Happy Planning ~ with Cyndy G

Hello crafty friends.  Today I am sharing with you some versatile planning files from My Scrap Chick.  I use a planner for work, so I was happy to see planners make it into the crafty world.  Its nice to have a planner made with my favorite papers!

I started with the Mini Planner Pockets.  This kit comes with three different pocket styles.

I am going to use mine to keep my receipts in.

I love this paper!  It is Graphic 45 - A Time To Flourish.  It's just beautiful!

There are several different planners types available in multiple sizes.  You can see everything currently available here - Planners.

Springtime Bunny ~ with Cyndy G

Happy Friday, thank you for stopping by.  Today I am sharing with you the wonderful  JGW 3d Button Jointed Bunny.  I just love the 3d figures.  I decided to shrink my bunny, I cut her at 70%.  She is about 9" tall (top of head).  I also used the garden hat from JGW Gaby's Garden and glued her ears to it.

I used Trendy Twine, Twisted Blue Berry around the brim of the hat and to tie her joints together.  The paper is Graphic 45, Robin's Egg from Botanical Tea.

I also used some flower buttons I had in my stash.  I just love how everything came together.  Thank you again for stopping.  Have a crafty weekend.

Valentine Bears ~ with Cyndy G.

Hello.  Today I am sharing a project with you from My Scrap Chick.  I have joined their team for the upcoming year and am very excited to share my project with you.

I made a Valentine card using several files: Bear In Top Hat Valentine, Dressed Up Valentine Bear, Cupids Cloud Valentine, Girl Valentine Bear and the Easel Card Collection.

I used the Girl Valentine Bear as the stop on the base of the card and I added some
Black Licorice - Trendy Twine to "sprinkle" the hearts.

I really love how it all turned out.  Thank you for stopping by, have a crafty day.

Meeting Elsa ~ with Cyndy G.

Hello thank you for stopping by today.  Today I am a guest designer for Bird's Cards.  I have been a long time fan of her creations.  I just love her cards.  Today I decided to make the Snowflake Photo Frame Triptych from the Home for Christmas kit.  As soon as I saw it I knew it was going to be perfect for our photo of Elsa.

We are having an Elsa themed birthday and I thought this would make a beautiful centerpiece.  I just love it!
The center frame holds a 5x7 and the two sides hold 4x6.
I centered a 4x6 on a 5x7 sheet of cardstock for my center picture.

I wanted a solid background for the snowflake so that it would stand out more.  To achieve this I ungrouped the snowflake frame and deleted the cut outs.  I added some gemstones to the centers of the snowflakes and some Stickles to the main snowflake to add a little dimension.
