Fall Is In The Air? ~ with Cyndy G

Hello, today I am bringing you a project from My Scrap Chick.  Fall and Spring are my favorite seasons and since finishing "Christmas in July" with My Scrap Chick I have been in the Holiday spirit.

Today I am hoping to hurry along fall with this cute and easy project from My Scrap Chick.  

I used the Fall Pumpkin Box - Wood Knot kit.

The boxes go together so quickly and they really make a statement.  I hot glued some glass stones 

(the ones you get at the hobby stores) inside the boxes so they wouldn't fall over so easily.

I got the ribbon at Hobby Lobby and I just love it.  It comes with the beads on it.

Christmas in July ~ with Cyndy G

Today I am sharing a box card I created using My Scrap Chick's Christmas Nativity 1- Manger and Box in a Card A2 (square rounded).  

I just love box cards and the adorable MSC files are perfect for creating custom box cards.

I started by putting all the pieces together on my desktop and scaling everything down so that the Manger was just slightly larger than the back of the box card.  The Manger is approximately 3.25" wide and Joseph is just a little over 2" tall.

I inked all the edges and added some foam tape behind the star.  I love how everything came out.  Hope you have a wonderful week and don't forget Christmas is just 173 days away, you better get busy if you are going to make your Christmas cards this year :)
